Designed specifically for seniors, this conditioning class improves balance, posture, agility, and coordination. Class may be taken seated.

Barre Conditioning

Barre Conditioning

A total-body workout that combines simple ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and core conditioning exercises. By targeting smaller muscle groups that are typically neglected in traditional strength training, you’ll improve your core stability, posture, and joint alignment while increasing your range of motion. Balls and bands may be used to increase the level of difficulty.

Zumba

Zumba is a fun, easy-to-follow aerobics class that combines Latin dance moves with cardio training. It’s a wildly popular way to maximize caloric output while toning your whole body. Zumba takes the work out of working out.

Cycling
