Oktoberfest announces carnival bracelet ticket sales Tickets for the Seymour Oktoberfest carnival bracelets will only be sold at Seymour City Hall again this year. Bracelet sales hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 27 and Oct.

2, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sept. 28 and 29 and Oct. 3 and 9 a.m.
