G Mason Group is a leading organization based in New York City Metropolitan Area, specializing in various product categories including pet, baby, personal care, and fragrance products.
Our headquarters in New York City is houses our sales, production, operations, customer support, and national brand/private label design teams , while our remote offices in overseas supports with sourcing, production, and quality control.
We have established strong partnerships with major CPG brands through licensing agreements, such as Champion, Disney, Warner Broa, Banana Boat, DuPont Kevlar, Build a Bear Workshop, Armor All, Rachael Ray, Justice, Rachel Zoe, and more.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Coordinator at G Mason Group located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for communication, production planning, production management, project management, and organization skills. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with various teams, managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining quality standards.
We are looking for 2 canddiates at the moment, one for our newborn / infant / toddler baby division, and one for our personal care division.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in production planning and management
- Strong project management abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of supply chain management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
